Due to the nature of our products and live selling format, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

- Failure to read item descriptions
- Missed sizing/details
- Accidental purchases
- Live claim mistakes
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Minor packaging variations
- Color variations due to lighting or screen settings
Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and live demonstrations carefully before purchasing.
PRODUCT CONDITION & DESCRIPTIONS
We strive to accurately describe all items, including condition, measurements, flaws, and colors. However:
- Minor imperfections may exist
- Handmade, boutique, vintage, or secondhand items may vary
- Colors may appear differently depending on lighting and device settings
- Measurements are approximate
Customers are responsible for reviewing all item details prior to purchase.
Failure to ask questions before purchasing does not qualify for a refund.
Invoice Payments
Invoices from live sales must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
Failure to pay invoices may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Removal from future live sales
- Blocking from future purchases
- Relisting of unpaid items without notice.
PAYMENT POLICY

LIVE SALE POLICY
Live Claims Are Binding.
Claiming, commenting, bidding, invoicing, or otherwise committing to purchase an item during a live sale constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase that item.
By participating in any live sale, you agree that:
- All claims are final once acknowledged by the seller
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of future purchasing privileges
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason.
LIVE SALE TECHNICAL ISSUES
We are not responsible for:
- Internet interruptions
- App malfunctions
- Comment lag
- Frozen livestreams
- Missed claims due to platform delays
- Oversold inventory caused by technical issues
In the event of inventory discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel and refund affected orders.
FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY
We take fraudulent activity seriously.
Any attempt to obtain merchandise or refunds through deceptive or fraudulent means may result in:
- Cancellation of current and future orders
- Refusal of service
- Submission of evidence to payment processors
- Civil claims where legally permitted
- Reporting suspected fraud to law enforcement
We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence including, but not limited to:
- Order confirmations
- Tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- IP address records
- Payment verification
- Screenshots of live claims/comments
- Video recordings of livestream sales
- Customer communications
- Signed delivery confirmations where applicable
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for a legitimately fulfilled order may constitute fraud. We actively contest fraudulent chargebacks and provide supporting evidence to financial institutions and payment processors.
If a chargeback is decided in our favor, customers remain responsible for:
- The original purchase amount
- Associated fees
- Collection costs where legally permitted
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
Orders are processed within our stated business processing timeframe unless otherwise announced.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Postal carriers
- Weather
- Holidays
- Customs delays
- Carrier interruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage before reshipment.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address entered at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier and purchaser to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not liable but will do out best to assist with:

- Stolen packages
- Delayed packages
- Misdelivered packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims when applicable

- Delayed shipments
- Carrier errors
- Third-party platform outages
- Technical failures during live sales
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased item.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, block participation, or restrict account access for any lawful reason, including:
- Harassment
- Abusive conduct
- Nonpayment
- Fraudulent disputes
- Excessive chargebacks
